Daratumumab Antibody
Daratumumab is a human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the CD38 glycoprotein, which is highly expressed on malignant plasma cells in multiple myeloma. It is widely used in both in vitro and in vivo research to study mechanisms of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) against myeloma cells.
