Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S Protein RBD (C.1.2, C-mFc)

Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S protein RBD Protein is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Arg319-Phe541 (Y449H, E484K, N501Y) is expressed with a mouse IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Y449H, E484K and N501Y mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as C.1.2 lineage) which emerged in South Africa.
