Anti-B-catenin [3B1D11A8]

This antibody binds human beta-catenin. The human beta-catenin acts as a multi-functional protein that plays a very important role in cell adhesion and Wnt signaling pathway mediated gene expression regulation. beta-catenin on the cell membrane can be combined with the cytoplasmic domain of E-Cadherin (E-CAD) to form an e-cadherin/beta-catenin complex, which mediates mutual adhesion between the same type. It acts as a key regulatory molecule in the Wnt signaling pathway and plays an important role in the occurrence/evolution of the embryonic development and tumor.
