Specificity
B88-9 binds to human CD16 at an epitope comprised of LEKDSVTK (aa 21-27), (SWKNTALH (aa 113-120), FHHNS (aa 134-138) and VGSKN (aa 158-162) (Feng et al, 2004). hCD16 is recognized by B88-9 when both bound and unbound to hIgG1 - B88-9-bound CD16 cannot be bound by hIgG1.
