Lamifiban is a nonpeptide glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor and platelet aggregation antagonist. Lamifiban in combination with thrombolytic therapy effectively restores coronary arterial patency. Lamifiban is promising for research of acute coronary syndromes[1].
