Assay Principle
The antibody may be used in ELISA and Immuno-affinity-chromatography (IAC).
Sµggested dilution 1:100,000 in ELISA (this titer is defined as the dilution that gives 50 % of the absorbance from the maximum absorbance when tested with ELISA). Plates are coated with 400 ng/mL ovalbumine-conjµgated pirimiphos. HRP-conjµgated anti-rabbit IgG should be used as a tracer in a 1:8,000 dilution.
Form
Each vial contains 0,1 mL rabbit polyclonal antiserum containing 0,02% sodium azide
