This ADC product is comprised of an anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody (MDX1435) conjugated via a VC linker to duocarmycin. The duocarmycin is targeted to ceRoom Temperatureain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, duocarmycin binds to DNA, causes DNA damage.
