Anti-C-kit-Maytansine ADC

This ADC product is comprised of an anti-C-kit monoclonal antibody conjugated via a linker to Maytansine. The Maytansine is targeted to ceRoom Temperatureain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, Maytansine binds to tubulins, interrupts microtubule dynamics, and subsequently, induces cell death.
