Anti-CD70 (clone 1F6-C4v2)-Mc-VC-MMAF ADC

This ADC product is comprised of an anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody (clone 1F6-C4v2) conjugated via a Mc-vc linker to a MMAF. The MMAF is targeted to ceRoom Temperatureain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, MMAF binds to tubulins, interrupts microtubule dynamics, and subsequently, induces cell death.
