Anti-CD74 (006 (A))-VC-MMAE ADC

This ADC product is comprised of an anti-CD74 monoclonal antibody (006 (A)) conjugated via a VC linker to MMAE. The MMAE is targeted to Daudi-luc tumors by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, MMAE binds to tubulins, interrupts microtubule dynamics, and subsequently, induces cell death.
