Applications Notes
NMDA NR1, Splice Variant N1 antibody allows for strong and specific immunolabeling of the NR1 subunit containing the N1 splice variant insert. This product does not recognize NR1 subunits that do not contain the N1 insert. Applications include Dot Blots (DB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blots (WB) . Rabbit anti-NMDA NR1, Splice Variant N1 recognizes NR1 in rat and mouse brain. When internally tested under ideal conditions the working dilutions were 1:1000 for IHC, DB and WB.
