Pitofenone-d4 is deuterium labeled Pitofenone (HY-105853) . Pitofenone, a spasmolytic compound, inhibits the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity from bovine erythrocytes and from electric eel with Kis of 36 and 45 μM, respectively[1][2].
