Rabbit Anti-Human, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Chicken Fibronectin Polyclonal Antibody
The fibronectin antibody recognizes fibronectin, which is an extracellular glycoprotein (predicted molecular weight 272 kDa). It is composed of fibroblasts, chondrocytes, endothelial cells, macrophages and some epithelial cells, and binds to a variety of matrix proteins such as collagen, syndecans and integrins to mediate cell adhesion and migration. In some cancers, fibronectin is present on the surface of extracellular vesicles (EV) secreted by cancer cells, which can be selected as biomarker candidates.
