Estradiol enanthate (E2EN) is a shorter-acting estrogen. Estradiol enanthate is an injectable contraceptive in combination with Dihydroxyprogesterone acetophenide. Estradiol enanthate promotes withdrawal bleeding, in a pattern similar to menstruation[1].
