Adenosine phosphonobutyric, 2' (3'), 5'-diposphate (APBADP) is a potent Bacillus subtilis and human adenylosuccinate lyase (ASL) inhibitor. Adenosine phosphonobutyric, 2' (3'), 5'-diposphate also is a competitive succinylaminoimidazole carboxamide ribotide (SAICAR) inhibitor[1].
