Goat Anti Rat IgG (H+L) (AP-Linked)

Keep the product at 2-8 °C with sterile condition. For long term storage, add an equal amount of glycerol, mix and stored at -20 °C. Alternatively, the product may be aliquoted and stored at -70 °C or below without adding glycerol. Avoid freezing and thawing frequently.

The antigen affinity purified antibody is labeled by Alkaline Phosphatase (AP). The antibody reacts with the heavy chains on Rat IgG and with the light chains common to most Rat immunoglobulines. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. It has minimal reaction to human serum protein.
