Goat Anti Rat IgG (H+L) (Biotin-Linked)

Keep the product at 2-8 °C with sterile condition. For long term storage, add an equal amount of glycerol, mix and stored at -20 °C. Alternatively, the product may be aliquoted and stored at -70 °C or below without adding glycerol. Avoid freezing and thawing frequently.

The antigen affinity purified antibody is labeled by Biotin-SP. The antibody reacts with the heavy chains on Rat IgG and with the light chains common to most Rat immunoglobulines. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. It has minimal reaction to human serum protein.
