PTX3 antibody
Product Specifications
Background
PTX3, also named as TNFAIP5 and TSG14, is an acute phase glycoprotein that plays a role in the regulation of innate resistance to pathogens, inflammatory reactions, possibly clearance of self-components and female fertility. In WB, there're 2 major bands, an upper signal at 80-86 kDa and a lower signal at 42 kDa, representing PTX3 dimers and monomers, respectively(18223257).
