Anti-DXD Mouse mAb

Exatecan (DXD) is a synthetic derivative of the naturally occurring compound camptothecin. it binds to the topoisomerase 1-DNA complex, preventing DNA re-ligation which results in the accumulation of DNA strand breaks and ultimately leads to cell death.
