Mezolidon
Mezolidon (KM-1146) is a compound with anti-ulcer activity, which exerts its anti-ulcer activity by enhancing the defense ability of gastric mucosa, especially by increasing and maintaining gastric mucosal blood flow and protecting gastric mucosal potential difference. Mezolidon can be used for the study of gastric mucosal protection[1].
