HiBiT tag

HiBiT tag is a complimentary peptide (VSGWRLFKKIS), with high affinity for LgBiT. HiBiT tag is fused to the Gβ subunit of the receptor. The complementation of LgBiT and HiBiT facilitates the stabilization of ETR and G protein. HiBiT is attached to a protein of interest (GFP) to quantify transport to the cytosol[1][2].
