TOFA-Plasmalogen
TOFA-Plasmalogen (compound 1) is a glyceraldehyde derivative with ferroptosis-inducing activity. TOFA-Plasmalogen causes cytotoxicity by promoting lipid peroxidation on cell membranes (IC50=32.87 μM) [1].
