Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx. 37kDa band observed in Human, Mouse, Rat and Pig Liver lysates (calculated MW of 34.7kDa according to NP_000036.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows preferential staining of PCT. Recommended concentration: 2-4μg/mL. Paraffin embedded Human Liver.
