Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 17kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) and in Mouse and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 13.3kDa according to Human NP_057057.2 and of 13.5kDa according to Mouse NP_034383.1 and Rat NP_150240.1) . Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.Immunohistochemistry:Frozen section of Human Hypothalamus shows staining of galaninergic axons in the human periventricular nucleus.
