Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 26kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 25.5kDa according to NP_036460.1) . Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse, Rat and Pig Liver for this particular batch.
