Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 75kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HeLa and NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 69.7kDa according to Human NP_036421.2 and of 69.6kDa according to Mouse NP_057888.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.6μg/mL.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Cerebellum shows textured cytoplasm staining in Purkinje cell and processes. Recommended concentration, 3-5μg/mL.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nucleus and cytoplasm of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 5μg/mL.

Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
