Applications Notes

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 34-35kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines CACO-2, HeLa and Jurkat (calculated MW of 34.3kDa according to NP_005722.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.5μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Spleen shows cytoplasm staining in some splenocytes in and around a T-cell area. Recommended concentration, 3-5μg/mL.Immunofluorescence: :Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of A431 and HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL.
