Cefoselis, the fourth gen-eration of cephalosporin, is a β-lactam antibiotic. Cefoselis exhibits good activity against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms. Cefoselis penetrates the blood-brain barrier[1][2][3].
