Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 22kDa band in Mouse Liver after 1μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for this band, given the calculated size of 12.9kDa according to NP_035155.1. The 22kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm and membranes of NIH3T3 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL. Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of NIH3T3 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL.
