Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments in Human Brain (Cerebellum), Mouse Brain and Rat Brain lysates, and in lysates of Human Breast Cancer, Human Kidney and Human Lymph Node gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1μg/mL) .
