Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Experiments gave bands at approx 140kDa and 60kDa in Rat Testis lysates. These bands correspond to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources.. This protein has a calculated MW of 109kDa according to Human NP_004632.1, 107kDa according to Human NP_001009569.1and 103kDa according to Rat NP_001012162.1. Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL.
