Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Kidney and Liver lysates (calculated MW of 56.3kDa according to NP_000687.3) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/mL.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embeddedHuman Cerebellum shows staining of a few cells between the Granular Cell layer and the Molecular Layer of the Cerebellum. Please note the unstained Purkinje cell at 10 O'clock. Recommended concentration, 3-5μg/mL.

Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
