Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 60kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates (calculated MW of 53.2kDa according to NP_057405.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Liu et al, J Biol Chem. 2000 Aug 18;275 (33) :25641-51; PMID: 10852913) . Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Tonsil and Kidney. Recommended concentration: 5μg/mL.
