Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 40kDa band observed in Human Tonsil and Uterus and in Mouse and Rat Skeletal Muscle lysates (calculated MW of 43.3kDa according to Human NP_060150.4, and 42.6kDa acciording to Mouse NP_001165952.1 and Rat NP_001014030.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-1μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Negative Control: Human Cerebellum lysate.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL.

Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
