Applications Notes

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum, Cerebral Cortex, Hippocampus) lysates (calculated MW of 53.4kDa according to NP_001092906.1) . Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 75kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Additional validation: This antibody has been successfully used in the following paper: Sikorski et al. (2018) PMID: 30377371.
