Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Approx 75kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines A431, A549 and HeLa (calculated MW of 63.5kDa according to NP_002078.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (He and Bateman, Cancer Res. 1999 Jul 1;59 (13) :3222-9. PMID: 10397269) . Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL.
