Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 48-50kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A549 (calculated MW of 43.4kDa according to Human NP_002551.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat Kidney and Liver for this particular batch.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of A431 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL.
