Apramycin
Apramycin (Nebramycin II) is an orally active, acidic pH tolerant and aminoglycoside-modifying-enzymes-tolerant aminoglycoside antibiotic which inhibits protein biosynthesis by targeting the bacterial ribosome. Apramycin is a potential anti-drug-resistance antibiotic[1][2][3].
