Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 40kDa band observed in Human, fetal Mouse and adult Rat and Pig Heart lysates (calculated MW of 35.6kDa according to Human NP_000355.2 and 35.7kDa according to Rat NP_036808.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Luedde et al, Cardiovasc Res. 2010 Jun 1;86 (3) :452-60. PMID:20083571) . Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1μg/mL.
