Applications Notes

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Approx 40kDa band observed in Mouse and Rat Heart lysates (calculated MW of 43kDa according to Mouse NP_031736.1 and Rat NP_036662.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.5-1μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Pig Heart for this particular batch.
