TG-101209

TG101209 is a potent and selective inhibitor of Janus Kinase 2 (JAK2) (IC50 = 6 nM). It displays 28-fold selectivity over JAK3 (IC50 = 169 nM). TG101209 induces dose- and time-dependent cytotoxicity in a variety of multiple myeloma (MM) cell lines.
