Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 55kDa band observed in Rat Colon lysates (calculated MW of 54.0kDa according to NP_036765.2) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/mL. An additional faint band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 75kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
