Western Blot: Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Pripheral Blood Mononucleocytes lysates (calculated MW of 29.6kDa according to NP_001992.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1ug/ml.
