DKK-1 Proteinas are potent antagonists of canonical Wnt signaling, inhibiting LRP5/6-Wnt interactions and forming a ternary complex with KREMEN to promote LRP5/6 internalization.In addition to its proapoptotic function by antagonizing KREMEN1 independently of Wnt, DKK-1 also exhibits antiapoptotic activity. DKK-1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived DKK-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.
