Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Band observed just below 20kDa marker in HeLa, Human Brain and Mouse Brain lysates (predicted MW of 20kDa according to NP_005710) . Recommended for use at 1-3ug/ml. Primary incubation was for 1 hour. This antibody has been successfully used in Western blot on Mouse.
