Applications Notes

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 30-35kDa band seen in Jurkat lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3μg/mL. Please note that literature indicates DKK4 is detected as three major immunoreactive species of approx. 40 kDa [form (i) ], 30-32 kDa [form (ii) ] and 15-17 kDa [form (iii) ]. We believe this antibody will recognise 30-32kDa species of DKK4.
