Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 26kDa band in Human Brain (Amygdala and Cerebellum), Kidney and Liver lysates after 0.3μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 97.1kDa according to NP_056384.2. The 26kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland. Recommended concentration: 2.5μg/mL.
