Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:A very strong approx 16kDa band observed in Human Duodenum lysates (calculated MW of 15.2kDa according to NP_000125.2) . Primary incubation was 1 hour. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing FABP2 a band of approx 18kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.001μg/mL.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine shows strong staining of basement membrane and weaker staining of enterocytes. Recommended concentration: 2-3μg/mL.
