Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 37kDa band observed in lysates of T-cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 37.3kDa according to NP_001476.2) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on NIH-3T3 cell line for this particular batch.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Placenta shows nuclear staining of selected trophoblasts. Recommended concentration: 4-8μg/mL. Paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cortex) . Recommended concentration: 3.75μg/mL.
