Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 19kDa band observed in Human Kidney and Testis lysates and in lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 22.1kDa according to NP_002076.2) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/mL.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows strong staining surrounding the nuclei of spermatocytes and surrounding spermatozoa.
